Preparation method

Cut the chicken breasts into thinner strips. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop it together with the coriander. Cut the spring onion into pieces about 2 cm long and halve the thicker part of the stem.

Now prepare a bowl and put the rice noodles in it. Then bring enough water to a boil in an electric kettle (or a pot), pour the boiling water over the noodles and set them aside for now.

Next, mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set the bowl aside. Stir the sauce occasionally to ensure the sugar dissolves well.

Chef's tip

Serve Pad Thai with lime wedges.
