First, prepare a small baking sheet that fits into your freezer and line it with parchment paper.

Then, start preparing the dough for the balls: Drain the chickpeas and rinse them under cold water. Place the rinsed chickpeas into a blender, add almond flour, oat flakes, honey, and softened butter, and blend everything until smooth. Incorporate 3⁠–⁠4 tablespoons of water into the resulting mixture so that the ingredients combine well and the dough is pliable.

From the finished dough, start forming balls weighing approximately 30⁠–⁠35 g on the lined baking sheet (you should get about 12 balls). Once all the dough is processed, place the baking sheet into the freezer for at least 2 hours for the balls to firm up.
