Preparation method
First, prepare a small baking sheet that fits into your freezer and line it with parchment paper.
Then, start preparing the dough for the balls: Drain the chickpeas and rinse them under cold water. Place the rinsed chickpeas into a blender, add almond flour, oat flakes, honey, and softened butter, and blend everything until smooth. Incorporate 3–4 tablespoons of water into the resulting mixture so that the ingredients combine well and the dough is pliable.
From the finished dough, start forming balls weighing approximately 30–35 g on the lined baking sheet (you should get about 12 balls). Once all the dough is processed, place the baking sheet into the freezer for at least 2 hours for the balls to firm up.
