Preparation method
First, preheat the oven to 180–185 °C, prepare a baking dish measuring 20 cm × 30 cm and line it with baking paper.
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them thinly, separate the broccoli into florets, and slice the lemon thinly. Then, take a small saucepan, add butter to it, and melt it over low heat (this will take 1–2 minutes). Next, place the sweet potato and lemon slices, broccoli florets, salt, pepper, ground chili, and melted butter into the prepared baking dish and mix. Place the salmon fillets on top of the mixture, season them with salt and pepper. Then, place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes at 180–185 °C.
Meanwhile, roughly chop the parsley and crumble the Balkan cheese.
Chef's tip
You can slice the other half of the lemon into wedges and serve with the salmon – this way you can season the salmon with lemon juice as needed.
