Peel and press the garlic, dice the bacon into small cubes, finely grate the smoked eidam, and finely chop the spring onion.
In a blender, combine the roasted chicken meat, ketchup, mustard, 2 eggs, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, curry powder, 3 tablespoons of water, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper, and blend everything until it reaches a consistency where individual ingredient pieces are still visible in the mixture. Transfer the blended mixture to a larger bowl, add the chopped spring onion, bacon, and grated eidam, and mix.
Prepare a medium-sized bowl and pour breadcrumbs into it. Then, start forming patties weighing approximately 100 g from the meat mixture, coating them in the bowl with breadcrumbs.
