Preheat the oven to 230 °C and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place all ingredients into a large bowl, mix them, and lightly work the dough just enough for the ingredients to combine, but the dough should remain lumpy. Be careful not to overwork the dough.

Turn the dough out onto the lined baking sheet and shape it into a round, flatter loaf about 15 cm in diameter and 6 cm high. Make two deep cross-shaped cuts on top of the loaf with a knife.
