Dutch cocoa 60 g holandského kakaa (30 g do těsta, 30 g do polevy)

Baking soda 10 g jedlé sody

Rapeseed and sunflower oil 80 ml řepkového nebo slunečnicového oleje

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C, prepare a cake tin (⌀ 22 cm) and line it with baking paper.

Prepare the base: In a large bowl, mix plain flour, granulated sugar, Dutch cocoa, and baking soda. Then pour 250 ml of water, 80 ml of oil, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar into the bowl, mix everything, and whisk the mixture into a smooth batter.

Pour the prepared batter into the lined tin, place the tin in the oven, and bake for 28⁠–⁠30 minutes at 175⁠–⁠180 °C.
