Preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a baking dish (30 cm × 25 cm).

Peel the onions and garlic, place them in a blender and roughly chop. Wash the cauliflower, remove the florets, add them to the onion and garlic, then blend the entire mixture in the blender into small pieces that resemble rice. Finely chop the parsley.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat, add the cauliflower mixture from the blender and sauté for 5–7 minutes over medium heat. Then add 50 ml of water and parsley to the pan, stir the mixture in the pan and transfer it to the prepared baking dish.
