Preparation method
First, prepare the dressing: put both mustards, vinegar, syrup, and plucked dill into a blender and blend briefly. Slowly add olive oil and continue blending until everything is combined. Season the finished dressing with salt and pepper to taste and store in the refrigerator.
Grill the thawed ManaBurger on a hot pan, grill, or in a preheated oven for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. We recommend preparing it without oil, or you can use regular cooking oil. This will make the burger's surface golden and crispy, while the inside remains beautifully pink and juicy. Place a slice of cheese on the cooked burger and let it melt under a lid for a few minutes.
Cut the buns in half and toast them dry. Spread ketchup on the bottom half. Add lettuce leaves, then thin tomato slices, and on top, the ManaBurger™ with a slice of cheese. On top, add a few slices of cucumber, finely chopped onion, and a tablespoon of dill-mustard dressing. Cover with the top half of the bun and you're done. Enjoy!
