  • 5 spoons soft curd cheese
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 spoons vanilla pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g frozen forest berries

    In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, sugar, pudding, and egg.

    Unroll the puff pastry and spread with the curd cheese mixture.

    Sprinkle with fruit and roll into a log.

    Cut the log, leaving about 10 cm uncut.

    Braid it and place on a baking sheet.

    Bake at 200 °C for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190 °C and bake for another 35-45 minutes.
