Take the eggs and butter out of the refrigerator 1 hour before preparing the dough.

Heat the milk until lukewarm. Mix the ingredients for the leaven until smooth and let rest for 15-20 minutes. Once the leaven has risen, add it to a bowl along with the other ingredients, except for the butter, and knead into a smooth dough for at least 10 minutes. Cut the butter into pieces and gradually add it to the dough. Then, knead the dough for another 5 minutes.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a tea towel and let it rise in a warm place for approximately 60 minutes. The dough must double in size.
