Preparation method

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan, add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes (i.e., stir and fry).

Add vegetables, stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour in the contents of the Lee Kum Kee Stir-Fry Sauce for Hong Kong Style Noodles sachet, sprinkle with a little water and heat for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.

Chef's tip

You can substitute sirloin or round steak with chicken, pork, or vegetables.
