Chocolate Lava Dessert

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and lightly grease 6 muffin molds with coconut oil.

Start with the dry ingredients (except salt). In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa until the mixture is lump-free. Then pour in the Alpro drink, coconut oil, agave syrup, and salt, and blend until smooth.

Pour the batter into the molds, ideally about 2 cm below the rim. Now comes the chocolate magic! Press a small piece of chocolate into each muffin.
