Cut the meat into 3 cm cubes. Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.

In a pot over high heat, melt the butter and oil, add the meat and brown it on all sides. Remove and set aside. Add the bacon to the pot and sauté for 1.5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until light golden. Add the tomato paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add the sweet paprika, stir, and sauté for 20 seconds.
