CRUMBLE INSTRUCTIONS

Using your fingers, mix all ingredients until a crumble consistency is achieved.

STRAWBERRY FILLING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix strawberries with both sugars and lemon juice and cook for a few minutes until the strawberries release their juice and soften slightly (we don't want to overcook them).

Remove about a third and blend with basil leaves and pudding powder using an immersion blender. Return to the rest of the mixture.

Chef's tip

The crumble is excellent with ice cream or a fresh cream. Prepare the cream by mixing sour cream with vanilla and powdered sugar, then stir in mashed strawberries.
