First, preheat the oven to 185–190 °C and prepare a large oven-safe pan.

Wash the leek and chop it finely. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.

Then, in the prepared pan, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped leek, sliced garlic cloves, butter, and dried thyme to the pan. Sauté everything over medium heat for 5–6 minutes.

You can serve the frittata cold or warm.
