Preparation method

Prepare bún noodles according to instructions, drain and set aside. Soak rice paper in water, let it soften, then layer lettuce, noodles, herbs, and shrimp onto it. Fold the rice paper, wrap the edges, and roll it up.

Prepare the hoisin sauce by mixing all ingredients, to which add 50 ml of water. Cook together for about 8 minutes in a saucepan.

Dip the finished spring rolls in peanut sauce.
