Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté in ghee. Slice the mushrooms, add them to the cooked onion. Let them stew in the pan. Let the water released by the mushrooms evaporate. Finally, pour in the cream and cook until the cream thickens.
Slice the tenderloin into thicker pieces, about 1.5 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper. Place the tenderloin slices on a hot pan and sear for about 1 minute on each side.
Sauté the onion for the green beans in ghee, then add the frozen green beans and cook until tender. Finally, season with salt and add a clove of garlic.
Chef's tip
If you don't want green beans as a side dish, you can make tricolor rice with the meat and sauce.
