Mix the curd with flour, seeds, psyllium, baking powder, Provence herbs, and salt. Mix thoroughly. A dough will form, which you then place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Then start forming the buns. Always wet your hands with water before shaping each bun to make them easier to work with, otherwise, the dough might stick. Form 6 buns from the dough.

Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
