Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius - preferably grill function. Mix the ground meat with turmeric, sumac spice, cumin, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of salt or to taste, and black pepper. Now add chili to taste. I recommend 1 teaspoon. Then add 1/2 finely chopped onion and 1/2 chopped chives. Mix everything thoroughly. Form smaller logs from the meat and pierce them with a skewer.
Heat oil in a hot pan and sear the skewers quickly on each side. Then transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt dip. Mix the yogurt with lime juice, the remaining chopped chives, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
