Cut rosemary into 2 cm long pieces. Cut garlic cloves lengthwise into 3 parts.

Lard the entire surface of the meat with rosemary and garlic. Then brush it with oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Place the prepared meat in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 2 hours until tender.
