Weigh the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and mix with a whisk. This will also aerate the flour, so you don't even have to sift it. Feel free to remember this trick for your next morning experiments at the stove.
Melt the butter. In a second bowl or a plastic kitchen shaker, mix together the yogurt, milk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour this liquid mixture into the flour and (again) briefly mix with a whisk. Don't worry if there are lumps in the flour; they will all disappear completely in the pan. Just a few strokes, just enough to moisten all the flour, and don't bother with careful mixing beyond that. Save your energy. Don't strive for perfection. Surprisingly, it will only benefit the dough.
Heat a large, ideally non-stick pan. Once hot, grease it with a little oil. Using a small ladle, transfer some batter onto it and spread this spot with the convex side of the same ladle to a size of approximately 6-7 cm. Continue until you fill the entire pan with small pancakes. Now you can observe how the batter puffs up slightly and bubbles form in it, which then burst on the surface. As soon as you see these mini-craters, it's time to lift and flip the pancakes and quickly cook them on the other side. Once they turn golden on the flipped side, remove them.
