Baked toasts with ham and cheese

  A portion for 4 people is based on 12 pcs of toast bread, thus creating 6 baked sandwiches, which, when cut in half, yield 12 pieces to share.

  For baking, use a sandwich maker, or toast the sandwiches in a pan; that works too, you just need to assemble them with the buttered side facing outwards, not inwards.
