INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breast supreme fillets
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- pepper
- salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2Generously season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3In a large pan over high heat, heat the oil and sear the meat skin-side down for about 4 minutes until golden. During searing, gently press the meat against the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon to ensure even browning of the skin. Reduce the heat by half, flip the meat, and sear for 3 minutes until golden. Place the seared meat on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 8 minutes.
- 4Transfer the cooked meat to a cutting board and let it rest for 6 minutes. Then slice it and serve immediately.
