Preheat the oven to 180˚C.

Cut the meat into 4–6 slices, or use pre-cut meat, lightly pound it, and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Roughly chop the onion, slice the garlic thinly. Peel the sausage and cut into 3 mm thick slices. Cut the bacon into 3 mm cubes. Slice the potatoes 0.5 cm thick.

Chef's tip

Instead of 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika, you can use 1.5 tablespoons of sweet paprika and ½ tablespoon of smoked paprika. You can also add a pinch of hot paprika to taste.
