Ingredients

  • 600 g minced pork
  • 300 g Chinese wheat noodles
  • 40 ml Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves
  • 20 g fresh ginger
  • 1 pc chili pepper
  • 2 pcs spring onions
  • 10 ml vegetable oil
  • 25 g peanut butter
  • 200 ml broth
  • 10 g fresh coriander
  • 3 g salt
  • 2 g black pepper

Instructions

    Mix the minced meat with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce; the remaining 3 tablespoons will be used for the sauce. Lightly salt the meat and mix. Let rest for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic, ginger, and chili pepper. Slice the spring onion into strips.

    Heat oil in a wok, add the chopped vegetables except for the green part of the spring onion, and sauté for a while. Once the vegetables are colored, add the meat and sauté until cooked through. During this process, try to break the meat into the smallest possible pieces using a flat wooden spoon.

    Now, cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

    Once the meat is cooked, add the broth, peanut butter, and the remaining 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, then add the green part of the spring onion and serve with noodles.
