INGREDIENTS

  • 800 g raw potatoes (cooking type B)
  • 20 g spring onion (approx. 1 stalk)
  • 10 g fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 5 g fresh chives
  • 500 g minced turkey meat (max. 6% fat)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 40 g butter (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, prepare a large pot with salted water. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and place them in the prepared pot. Cover it with a lid, place it over high heat, and cook the potatoes for 19–20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 205–210 °C and prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm), lining it with parchment paper.

    Next, finely chop the spring onion, parsley, and chives. In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, parsley, spring onion, chili flakes, 30 g butter, 1 tablespoon oil, 50 ml milk, salt, and pepper, then mix well. Form patties weighing approximately 135–140 g from the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Once the meat mixture is processed, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 205–210 °C and bake the patties for 17–18 minutes.

    Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the finely chopped chives and the remaining butter, then mix.

    Once the patties are baked, divide the potatoes among 4 plates, add the patties, and serve.
