INGREDIENTS
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the strawberries, remove the tops, and place them in a blender together with cottage cheese and honey. Then blend the contents until smooth, pour into an airtight container, transfer it to the freezer, and let it freeze for at least 3 hours.
- 2After the specified time, remove the ice cream from the freezer and consume immediately (the ice cream is not suitable for longer storage).
Tip
Instead of strawberries, you can also use other fruits – try bananas, blueberries, or raspberries.
