Preparation method

First, prepare 3 glasses (approx. 250ml) into which you will then divide the oats.

Pour the oats, a pinch of salt, and 5 g of cocoa into a medium-sized bowl. Mix and add honey, 150 ml almond milk, 150 ml water, 10 ml espresso, yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture into the prepared glasses and let it chill overnight in the refrigerator (or for at least 6 hours).
