Quarter the apples and remove the cores. Cut the carrots and celery into smaller pieces. Peel the ginger and also cut it.
Gradually juice all ingredients using a juicer. Pour the finished drink into a bottle and store it in the refrigerator, where it will last for 2-3 days. Alternatively, pour the drink into smaller bottles and store them in the freezer, where they will last longer. Before use, however, let them thaw in the refrigerator.
SERVING
Every morning before breakfast, have a shot for an energy boost. This immunity shot is not too spicy, so your children will also like it.
Chef's tip
If you want the shot to be more pronounced and stronger, you can mix a teaspoon of cayenne pepper into the finished drink, or blend a chili pepper. Alternatively, play with the amount of sea buckthorn or ginger.
