- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk

Instructions
- 1Prepare a blender. Peel the banana, put it into the blender along with the rolled oats, plain yogurt, milk, and cinnamon, and blend everything until smooth.
- 2Pour the finished milkshake into a glass and serve immediately.
Tip
On hot days, serve the milkshake over ice. You can also add Dutch cocoa to the milkshake.
