Preparation method
Take a large pot, fill it with enough water for cooking pasta, and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Then salt the water, add the pasta to the pot, cover the pot with a lid, and cook for 15–16 minutes over high heat.
Meanwhile, prepare a large bowl, drain the tuna, dice the cucumber and bell pepper, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Put the chopped vegetables and drained tuna into the prepared bowl, add plain yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and mix.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and thoroughly cool it under cold water. Add the cooled pasta to the other ingredients in the bowl, mix everything, and let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Chef's tip
You can also add fresh arugula or fresh lamb's lettuce to the salad.
