INGREDIENTS
- 2x puff pastry
- 13 medium apples
- 160 g granulated sugar
- 1 package cinnamon sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Raisins to taste
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar for dusting
METHOD
- 1Peel and grate the apples.
- 2Add both sugars, raisins, and cinnamon to the apples and mix.
- 3Unroll the doughs and evenly spread the mixture onto them.
- 4Roll up the strudel and place it on a baking sheet.
- 5Crack and whisk the egg.
- 6Brush the strudels thoroughly.
- 7Bake at 200 °C for approximately 40 minutes.
- 8After baking, let cool and then dust with powdered sugar.
