INGREDIENTS FOR THE ROLL

  • 1 kg minced pork
  • 2 rolls
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 small onions
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons mild mustard (for spreading)

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

  • 3 eggs (boiled)
  • 100 g pork ham
  • 100 g smoked cheese
  • 5 medium pickled cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

  • Baking paper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Boil 3 eggs. You will need them later for the filling.

    Cut the rolls into small cubes, pour milk over them, mix, and let them soften.

    After two minutes, add diced onion, chopped chives, garlic, egg, meat, and finally season with salt and pepper.

    Mix the mixture thoroughly and let it rest in the refrigerator for a while.

    Grate the peeled eggs on a fine grater, add diced ham, smoked cheese, and finely chopped pickled cucumbers.

    Spread the roll mixture onto baking paper, approximately 30x30 cm in size.

    Spread mustard over the entire roll.

    Spread the filling over the roll.

    Roll up the roll and shape it into a loaf.

    Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 200 °C for approximately 40 minutes.
