  • 6 apricots
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 3 tablespoons soft quark
  • 3 teaspoons apricot jam
  • Almond flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet cinnamon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix the quark and jam together.

    Unroll the puff pastry, cut it into 6 triangles, and spread with the quark mixture.

    Halve and pit the apricots.

    Place one apricot half on each triangle.

    Fold the pastry and place on a baking sheet.

    Whisk the egg with cinnamon sugar and brush the pockets with it.

    Sprinkle the top with almonds.

    Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 200 °C.
