INGREDIENTS
- 6 apricots
- 1 puff pastry
- 3 tablespoons soft quark
- 3 teaspoons apricot jam
- Almond flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 packet cinnamon sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the quark and jam together.
- 2Unroll the puff pastry, cut it into 6 triangles, and spread with the quark mixture.
- 3Halve and pit the apricots.
- 4Place one apricot half on each triangle.
- 5Fold the pastry and place on a baking sheet.
- 6Whisk the egg with cinnamon sugar and brush the pockets with it.
- 7Sprinkle the top with almonds.
- 8Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 200 °C.
