Clean the pork tenderloin and cut it into strips. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Clean the red and white bell peppers of seeds and cut them into strips. Peel and finely grate the garlic.

Prepare a pan and heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in it over medium heat. Then add the sliced pork tenderloin to the pan and sauté it for 5–6 minutes over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the pan and sauté everything for another 3–4 minutes over medium heat.
