Ingredients

  • 300 g puff pastry (rolled)
  • 400 g apples (2 larger pieces)
  • 1 pc egg
  • 5 g ground cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
  • 10 g powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

    Cut washed apples into slices about half a centimeter thick.

    Cut out the core from each slice.
  • 3
    Cut the puff pastry into 10 strips.

    Take one strip and thread it through an apple. One apple requires one strip of dough.

    Arrange the wrapped apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Whisk the egg with cinnamon and brush the apples with it.

    Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180 °C.

    Dust the baked apples with powdered sugar.
