Ingredients
- 300 g puff pastry (rolled)
- 400 g apples (2 larger pieces)
- 1 pc egg
- 5 g ground cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- 10 g powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- 1Cut washed apples into slices about half a centimeter thick.
- 2Cut out the core from each slice.
- 3Cut the puff pastry into 10 strips.
- 4Take one strip and thread it through an apple. One apple requires one strip of dough.
- 5Arrange the wrapped apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Whisk the egg with cinnamon and brush the apples with it.
- 7Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180 °C.
- 8Dust the baked apples with powdered sugar.
