INGREDIENTS

  • 210 g plain flour
  • 140 g softened butter
  • 70 g powdered sugar + for dusting
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Apricot marmalade

INSTRUCTIONS

    Place flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk into a bowl and process into a dough.

    Flour your work surface and roll out a dough sheet about 3mm thin.

    Cut out egg shapes, and for half of them, cut out a smaller circle in the middle to symbolize yolks.

    Bake for about 10 minutes at 180° C.

    Let cool.

    Dust the egg shapes with cut-outs with powdered sugar.

    Then spread marmalade on the whole egg shapes and stick them together. Always combine an egg shape with a cut-out and a whole egg shape.
