INGREDIENTS
- 210 g plain flour
- 140 g softened butter
- 70 g powdered sugar + for dusting
- 1 egg yolk
- Apricot marmalade
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk into a bowl and process into a dough.
- 2Flour your work surface and roll out a dough sheet about 3mm thin.
- 3Cut out egg shapes, and for half of them, cut out a smaller circle in the middle to symbolize yolks.
- 4Bake for about 10 minutes at 180° C.
- 5Let cool.
- 6Dust the egg shapes with cut-outs with powdered sugar.
- 7Then spread marmalade on the whole egg shapes and stick them together. Always combine an egg shape with a cut-out and a whole egg shape.
