Rinse the millet 4 times with hot water to remove bitterness. Cook the millet over low heat.

Finely grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Lightly salt the onion and carrots and fry them in a pan – fry each component separately.

Mix the cooked millet with the fried carrots and onion, and crumble the tofu into the mixture. Add all the spices, cornstarch, and corn flour.
