Preparation method
First, prepare the zucchini: Wash the zucchini, grate them coarsely, salt them, set aside, and let them release water.
After some time, squeeze out any excess water from the zucchini and place the grated zucchini into a medium-sized bowl along with 1 egg, finely grated Parmesan, and plain flour. Peel the garlic and press it into the bowl. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper, and form patties (⌀ 6–7 cm) from the resulting mixture.
In a medium-sized pan, heat 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil over medium heat. Then, place the prepared patties into the hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
