INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cl bourbon
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 17 g sugar
  • 20 ml water
  • Crushed ice

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, prepare the simple syrup. To make it, place equal amounts of water and sugar in a pan or small saucepan. Stir the mixture over medium heat until it thickens. Then let it cool and it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.

    Fill a glass about halfway with crushed ice. Add 4 cl of simple syrup, mint, and 6 cl of bourbon. Then stir and garnish with mint.

    Serve with a straw and a stirrer.
