INGREDIENTS
- 6 cl bourbon
- 4 sprigs of mint
- 17 g sugar
- 20 ml water
- Crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the simple syrup. To make it, place equal amounts of water and sugar in a pan or small saucepan. Stir the mixture over medium heat until it thickens. Then let it cool and it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
- 2Fill a glass about halfway with crushed ice. Add 4 cl of simple syrup, mint, and 6 cl of bourbon. Then stir and garnish with mint.
- 3Serve with a straw and a stirrer.
