Pizza Snails

Mix all ingredients with 30 g of water and knead into a smooth, elastic dough. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet, 3-4 mm thick. Lightly dust the dough with flour while rolling.

Spread the sheet with ketchup, sprinkle with thyme, and top with slices of ham and cheese.
