INGREDIENTS
- 125 ml Prosecco
- 4-5 very ripe strawberries
- 2 pinches of sugar (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Blend strawberries with a pinch of sugar until smooth in a blender.
- 2Pour the mixture into a shaker with ice, then add prosecco. Gently stir with a spoon and pour into a glass.
Tip
Always mix both components (strawberry mixture and prosecco) just before serving.
