  • 4 apricots
  • 100 g Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Rinse the apricots, clean them, and most importantly - remove the pits!

    Cut the apricots into smaller pieces so they blend better.

    Place the fruit into a blender container and add the yogurt. Then blend everything for a while until the mixture is smooth.

    Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Place the filled molds into the freezer for approximately 5 hours. Preferably overnight. Store in the freezer
Tip
With apricots, it is important to ensure that NO part of the pit appears in the final dish.
