  • 2 - 3 tablespoons gelatin

METHOD

    First, let the gelatin "bloom" according to the instructions.

    Extract juice from fruit. E.g., blend strawberries, strain (to remove pulp from the juice).

    Heat the juice over low heat.

    After heating, add the bloomed gelatin, stirring constantly.

    Once the juice starts to simmer gently - let it bubble for about 1 - 3 minutes.

    Then remove the juice from the heat, stir slowly for a moment.

    Next, pour the gummy mixture into ice cube molds.

    Store in an airtight container/bag in the refrigerator. You can freeze the gummy bears for later.
