INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the zucchini and grate it coarsely. Then remove water from it by transferring it to a colander and pressing with your palm. Place the prepared zucchini into a bowl and add eggs, marjoram, garlic, flakes, sunflower oil, salt, and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
Form patties about 7–9 cm in diameter from the resulting dough. Then prepare a non-stick pan, heat olive oil in it, and fry the fritters over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side.
SERVING TIP
Serve the fritters alone or with a sour cream dip. Before serving, you can sprinkle them with finely chopped chives or fresh cress.
Chef's tip
You can serve the fritters both warm and cold. For a healthier version of the fritters, bake them in a preheated oven for 17–19 minutes at 200–210 °C.
