Preparation method
Season the meat with salt on both sides, place it on a hot grill, and grill until tender on both sides. Place the cooked meat on a cutting board and let it rest for 3 minutes. Then, slice it into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
Slice the tomatoes. Slice the jalapeño peppers into thin rounds. Clean the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into 0.5 cm thick strips. Grill the bacon on a hot grill until golden brown.
On one half of each tortilla, place some tomatoes, then some of the sliced meat, bell pepper, cilantro, and 1 tablespoon of guacamole. Add jalapeño pepper to taste. Add some bacon and 1 slice of cheese, then fold each tortilla in half.
