Take the pork tenderloin out of the fridge an hour beforehand to bring it to room temperature.

Remove any membranes from the meat and cut off the thinner ends, which you can save for another recipe. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Heat the grill and sear the tenderloin on all sides. On an electric grill, the tenderloin will be medium-rare with a pink center in 10-12 minutes. You can also use a meat thermometer; in that case, grill the meat until the internal temperature reaches 62 °C.
