INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml soy sauce
- 130 g finely grated apple
- 110 g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
METHOD
- 1In a saucepan, boil the soy sauce with 100 ml of water and sugar until reduced to ²⁄³ of the original volume. Remove from heat and mix with the grated apple.
