INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml soy sauce
  • 130 g finely grated apple
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander

    In a saucepan, boil the soy sauce with 100 ml of water and sugar until reduced to ²⁄³ of the original volume. Remove from heat and mix with the grated apple.
