Drain the chickpeas and place them in a blender. Add lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, and tahini, then blend until smooth. Then, gradually add 3 tablespoons of oil while continuously blending. Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the hummus in a bowl or on a plate.

Chef's tip

You can add an extra teaspoon of tahini. Serve with nachos, grissini, or savory crackers.
